I joined my current employer 5 months ago and they filed H1B Transfer case. My project is going to end in 2 month time and i need my transfer approved before i start looking for new job. Is there anyway i can request Premium processing now? If i find a new job with in next 2 months would that be possible to file an other trasfer while this petition is still under processing?
