Send letter to USCIS service center where your I-485 is pending with copy of your I-485 filing receipt, write your I-485 receipt #, name, DOB, A# on letter and request that XYX attorney no more represent you and the form G28 filed by attorney should be revoked and any future communication from USCIS should be sent to your address ……… sign the letter with date on it. Out side the envelope write in big bold letters: request to revoke G28 filed by attorney for pending I-485. Send the letter by certified return receipt.
