Can I re-validate my visa at St.Louis ???

Hi,

Below are my details.

- 8th year H1-B extension on pending GC
- Current visa stamp expired Feb of this year
- No problems with passport expiry

Questions:

- Am I eligible to send my passport to St.Louis for re-validation.
- Are there any additional documents needed for 7th-8th year re-validations, apart from those required for H1B < 6years.
- If St.Louis is not an option for me then can I do this in India (Chennai).

Has any one re-validated their visa for 7th year and above. Please share your experiences.

----- YES, send it before you hit 1 year of visa sticker expiry
- Are there any additional documents needed for 7th-8th year re-validations, apart from those required for H1B < 6years.
----- H1b approval, Photographs, Employer letter, Fees, and forms
- If St.Louis is not an option for me then can I do this in India (Chennai).
----- you can do it in India but chennai is creating problems for many better to avoide Chennai
