can i Re-join with the ex - employer again with previous H1B visa

Hi All,

Currently I'm working with a company named "X" and they are filing my labor perm. my H1B visa with the company "X" is till may 2010. Currently if i change the company from "X" to "Y" for an Year ie till may 2009.

Question 1: Now my question is can i come back to company "X" with the previous H1B filled(expiring may 2010) or do i need to file New H1B. the same way can i continue with the previous labor perm filed or do i need to file New.


Question 2 : future employment pgm still available?
