According to the latest chat on Murthy.com, people who has I-140 approved and filed under EB3 could re-file now under EB2.
Given the data below, do you think it makes sense to refile under EB2 in my case, or just stick and wait for my I-485 EB3 processing day ?
Worldwide, EB3, I-140+I-485 filed on Feb 2005. Labor PD = April 2002. I-140 approved in June 2005.
I had exact 5 years experience in IT when I joined my existing employer. Now I have total of 10 years experience. 50% done with my Masters in the US.
My job title is systems engineer.
Do you think it could be realistic expect that my current EB3 job as a systems engineer can be refiled as EB2 ?
