Can I qualify for EB2

I have a masters degree in accounting from the US and a CPA license. My emlpoyer will require BS with 5 year experience or Masters degree. Other requirement will also include a CPA license.

But I have completed my masters degree after I joined this company. I know that experience with the current employer does not count. Is it the same for education? Will my masters count even if I completed it after joining this employer?

Also on the PERM form, its ask for did your employer pay for your education to meet the alternate requirement. Can that disqualify me if my employer paid for my masters?

The employer has to support with strong documentation why the occupation requires bachelors plus 5 years experience (Business Necessity)

Does it mean that I cannot use my Masters because I completed it after joining the employer?
 
Yes probably, DOL will hit back and say job requirements are tailor made just because beneficiary has master's degree and more over beneficiary completed masters while working with petitioning employer, it is better to go for EB3 position to be on safe side
