Dear Friends,

Our Green cards were mailed 2 months ago, but we never received it,and USCIS didn't have them back neither. We went for the stamp, but the officer there wouldn't do it and said since the cards were mailed to us, we are not eligiable to have the stamp. So we are doing our I-90 now, but I got very confusing after I read the instruction of I-90 form from USCIS website, could someone clearify for me?

1) Can I e-file? It says if you never recieved your card that you are not eligible to E-file. Is it true? But say if I can e-file, do I also need to mail the supporting documents to the addresses they listed? What exactly are those supporting documents? My lawyer said E-file anyways, but I need your opinion.

2) According the Instruction, If you never received your card, you put "B" and you don't need to pay application fee or do the biometric. But if you never recived your card and they didn't received it back, you need to Put "A",which means you lost your card. Which reason should I put?

3) Can you have temporary stamp after you get the receipt of filing for I-90,or you need to wait for the approval letter to get it ? Cos we have to travel often for the bussiness during this period.

Thank you very much for your help. and looking forward to hear from someone.
