Can I move/ work when my I140 pending

Dear members,

I have a question. I filed my GC application last year in july myself in EB2 national interest. I have a questions.

1. Can i move from one job to another if somebody is ready to file my h1?
2. Do I need to work for similar employer like software or university?
3. If some organization is offering me a job under same condition(like one software company to another or one university to another) which i filed during my GC then Can i work for them?

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I don't think you can change your employer till your 140 is approved and your 485 is pending for 180 days.
