can I land at Quebec?

Hi, Gurus

I applied as skilled worker at Buffalo. once I get the LP, is that possible I enter the Canada through Quebec? or maybe I should say, can I land Quebec, instead Toronto?

in order to work at Quebec, what applications I should done? several friends told me there is nothing I need to do. they had similar situations: landed in Toronto, then moved to Montreal within 3 months then find a job in Montreal. but when I ask this same question through fax to Buffalo, they told me "NO, you need to apply at Qecbec". why?

No, u cannot land until you have a"certificate de selection" for quebec immigration...its a different process ..If you try to enter at montreal, they most probably will make u go back.

I already landed at Windors, and now I moved to Montreal. now can my wife come to land at Montreal directly
