My question is: Can I keep working if my TN expired when I am waiting the renewal TN by mail?

now, i am using my extension TN, i mean 2nd year TN. I wonder if i can do extesion again? Can i do by E-FILE to immigration website OR can this be done by meself or has to be through by lawyer?

The longer a M/C is at a company, the more likely U.S. immigration will suspect the M/C is actually working.

And, the more likely they will suspect that the MC position is not supernumerary, but is slotted in the organization.
