I was with company A on H1 which is valid till June 2007. Then company B filled my H1 petition, got approved and I joined it. Currently I am with company B. Company A have not withdraw the H1 petition even though I was not working for company A after joining company B.
Now, I want to join Company A again.
Do I have to file H1 transfer petition to join company A or I can join company A again on previously approved petition because H1 with them is still not expired?
