Can I join new company after GC, spouse still on I-485(AOS)

I got my GC last month. Now this client is asking me to join him.
My employer knows this and I would be leaving on good terms.

Only hurdle is that my wife's I-485 is not yet approved, she is still on EAD(renewed 2 times). Recently she got RFE regarding her medicals and we sent her medical once again taking all the shots.

Could this be any problem with me or my wife's status if I join new company ?

Regarding notices etc, which my employer used to get, now will I get at my address?
Like RFEs or finger printing etc.
Can I fill Advance Parole myself ? or do I need lawyer for this ?
