Hi,My I-140 cleared in 2002. It is been 6 mths since I - 485 applied. I got a new offer for that I would like to invoke AC21. Recently I got labour copy from my company sponsered lawyer. This is what I got. Am I still eligible to invoke AC21 using of this description?
