My h1B visa interview is on 28th November. Most likely I may get stamped.

But in the mean time my current employer wants me to visit USA for 4 days in Januaray and want me to go for a B1.

Now I have a few questions:
1. Should I go for B1 first and then for H1 ?or I should go for H1 first and then B1.
2. if I go for B1 first and then for H1, will my B1 be removed.
3. Will there be a problem for my H1 , when I go for two visas within two weeks ?
4. Is it a good thing go for H1B first and then for B1.
5. Can I have two visas at the same time ?

Its urgent and please help me clarifying my doubts.

--- I suggest you wait for your H1 if you already have an approved petition. B1 is much difficult to obtain since you have to have a proof that you're going back to your home country.

2. if I go for B1 first and then for H1, will my B1 be removed.
--- yes

3. Will there be a problem for my H1 , when I go for two visas within two weeks ?
--- you cannot have two visa classification at the same time.

4. Is it a good thing go for H1B first and then for B1.
--- go for H1B then forget about the B1 since H1B is sufficient already.

5. Can I have two visas at the same time ?
--- No

You cannot have two visas at the same time. One will be cancelled i favor of the other. If you currently have B1 then applied for H1, your B1 will be cancelled. If you already have H1, there's no need to apply for B1 since it serves same purpose. THe only difference is H1 has a longer validity depending on the approved petition. Please see my answers above.
