Can I have 3 valid visas? B2, F2 and L1?

Here is my case:

I have a valid B2 visa that will expire Dec/2009. I got a F2 visa (my wife will attend college) and I´m planning to apply for a L1 visa. If I get the L1, will I maintain the other visas? That L1 would be valid for 1 year, so if I can´t renew it after that year can I switch my status to my previous F2 visa? I´m on the F3 family greencard waiting list (PD2007) too...

Can I enter US with F2, get the L1a and change back to F2 after 1 year (my wife would still has a F1 visa)?

If you change your status from F2 o L1, then your status in US is L1, no longer F2 or B2.

When you are in L1 status, you can change back to F2 if you meet the requirements of F2 status at that time.
