can i go to chennai consulate

I have my h1 extn.i want to go to chennai consulate personally to speeden
the process. can i do that? or i should use tts service. thanks

you have to use tts

From my past experience (and phone calls to the chennai consulate)you HAVE to use TTS drop box. So plan your trip accordingly.
