Can I go for medical exam before I-140 approval?

My I-140 is still pending In TSC(filed in Sept 2001), can I go for medical exam before that? Please advice us. Thanks.

Find out what you are missing. The actual medical exam takes about 30 minutes per person. Please leave one week waiting for an appointment.

You should find out if your immunization records are complete. If you have any desease mentioned on I-693, you should prepare early. I heard that medical exam results are valid for one year.
