I was reading this 10 day rule
"US consulate website says that i can't get my visa revalidation stamped before 10 days of the expiration of h1 visa"?
Here is my case :
I have h-1b visa stamp (from my previous employer) valid till June 2006. I switched jobs in Nov 2004 to a new employer and I-797 from new employer is valid untill Jan 2007.
I would like to get h-1b visa stamped based on the current employer I-797.
Can i go to canada for the h-1b visa stamping (even though i have valid h-1b visa stamp from previous employer valid til June 2006) ?
I would like to go for stamping in February 2006.
Could some body give me information ?
