Can I go for Fingerprint before assigned FP Date?

Can I go for Fingerprinting before the FP Date on the Ofiicial Notice.
I have heard its OK but I wanted to hear if any of you guys have actually done so. Is it better to just wait for the assigned Date & time?

Yes, you can. It depends basically on the ASC. I checked with the ones at San Diego. They said they let people do this it they are not heavily loaded.

Anybody from TSC done it???

So CSC allows it but is TSC o.k. with going before the assigned date? Anyone in Texas done so???
 
It is independent of the Service Center

It is handled locally by the Application Support Centers. The ASCs are run by contractors who get paid by the numbers of applicants that are fingerprinted. As long as they are not overaloaded, they tend to be accomodative. Anyway, check for other people\'s experience in your specfic ASC.
