My first H1B term started on Mar 1, 2004, since then I have been continuously working in the US. When I changed company in November 2007, my company put the H1B expiration date as Nov 4,2010, instead of the original Mar 1,2010, and INS approved it. Even my H1B visa stamp's expiration date is Nov 4,2010. Can I work till Nov 4,2010 or Mar 01,2010? My perm is not yet filed.
