Yes, some people don't, but from the way you worded your post I wasn't sure if that was what you meant ( it sounded like you thought no-one would get it sent)... which is why I worded my answer the way I did.

If it does get sent it should arrive within 2 weeks, so like Simon I'd suggest waiting that length of time before going to experience the fun of your local SSA office.
