hello guys, sorry for bothering you.
i get some questions what is driving me crazy :(
i m a derivative asylum from my parent, and i have already been here for ten months . i really miss my girl friend in COP. my concern is

1.can i go back to COP? i have searched the forum, then i got if i already got a GC i think i can go back, but now i m not a GC holder :(

2.if i can go back COP now without GC, should i apply for RTD to return?

3.i think i can apply for I485 for adjust my status to PR of category AS8 after one year from i got here. but it will take another one year or more to get a GC,i really love my girl friend. i do not want her to wait me so long time..
can i go back COP at I485 pending time and return again?

Maybe the worst cricumstance is to abandon my status, and never go back again.....or after my parents get citizenship then apply for me

Your girlfriend can visit you here, no? Or, with an RTD, you can visit her outside your COP in a neighbouring country. You have to apply for the RTD in the US, not outside. If you go back, you may be in trouble, al though some countries let you in with an RTD, which is strange. I know it's tough, but think about those options. If you REALLY want to, go ahead and abandon your status and go back, but make sure you do it for the right reasons.

if i want go back to COP, should i show my RTD to COP ? i think i can just show my NP.
before i got here ,i have already renewed it and now there will be nine years before expired
RTD is for returning to US,isn't it?
so, can i go back to COP with showing my NP. and return use RTD
 
Amigo Logitech, i do understand your position, we all have passed through this....but, i do not think Girlfriend is more important than an entire world of opportunities and freedom in the USA.

now, tell me how do you expect to LEAVE your COP??? with just your NP?? and when your local customs ask you where is your VISA or your GREEN CARD to enter the US?? i dont think they will be happy by seeing your RTD.
while entering your country you just need your NP, thats is OK, but Leaving there is the issue, anyways lets say you make it, now, when your come back to the US, you will s*** your pants making the US Customs line awaiting for this UNPLEASANT officers whom will make your return a nightmare.

My opinion, wait a little bit more, once you get your AS8 Green Card, then you may visit your girlfriend as many times as you want, in the meantime, save money for those trips or simply visit her in a neighborhood country.
