Can I get two H1 for one full time and one contract job?

Hello everyone, Hope you are having nice holiday

I am working for this company full time on H1 for a year now. I am planning on working for another company full time in a month or so. I would still like to keep my old job part time. Can I just keep my current H1 Visa for my part time job and then get another H1 visa for my new full time job? Or do I need to transfer completely and then get another one for partime?

you can convert the current full time h1 to part time and can get a new/transferred h1 for the new full time job. You will have to work out between the two employers/lawyers. All you need to take care is that all the h1 transfers are continuous and you work in the new h1 only after approval.
