Can i get iEAD in Atlanta??????

Hi:

Here is some different situation.

I485 Nd Dec 26 2002.
I765 Nd is Mar13 2003( applied after 3 months).

based on my Application dates is there any possibility to get iEAD(in atlanta).
At what date i am eligible to go for iEAD, because the processing dates for EAD has going up up and up 150 days.......180 days?????.:confused:

is it Rd of 485 or 765????????.

in my case i applied for EAD 75 days after i filed 485.

Also what are the requirements to get iEAD,like
what are the documents required and prcedures( whether we need to have a prior appointment or walk in).
appreciate your guidence.

In my case when i went for IEAD at local office(arlington,va), The IIO took the I765 first and found out whether the 90 days are over. Then, She took the copy of I485. I believe besides all these assumptions, It depends on the IIO who you approach. If you are lucky they might consider your I485 ND. Give a try. That is the only way you will know what is going to happen.
