Can I get iEAD after REF for EAD?

I\'m going to get the 2nd REF for my EAD card according to IIO, but not sure the details. My ND is Nov. 19, 2001. Do you know I can get the iEAD at the local INS office though I have a REF? What document should I bring? (All docs for EAD application?)

Largely depends on the RFE

If it is status related you cannot get iEAD. If it is thing like fees then you will be directed to send the correct fees to service center.
If it photo or missing 485 copy you can get iEAD.
 
I have read it somewhere that u cant....

get an Interim EAD if u have got an RFE.The INS says that u only get an interim EAD after 90 days after the RFE.

You can still go ahead and try as this info might not be correct or outdated.
 
EAD also can be transfered to local INS?

Do you mean both of your I765(EAD) and I-485 were transfered the local INS at the same time?
 
You can\'t get iEAD at local INS office if CSC issued REF to your EAD

I had posted a message last Friday, but seems failed since I couldn\'t see it here.

Last Friday, I went to San Jose INS, arriving at 6:40am, getting in before 9:00am, being called at 12:40pm, and got an answer: "they requested evidence for your case, you should contact that office not us." - the officer shouted at me.
So, pls. don\'t waste your time to wait in the line to try to get iEAD if you know there is a REF.

And according to the IIO, the request of evidence had been issued for a month. However, seems the INS didn\'t send out the letter yet because the AVM is still saying "on April 16, we received your response to..." (that\'s for the 1st REF).
Isn\'t it wired to get 2 REFs for EAD?
