Can I get H1B visa stamped in the US?

Hi!

I have an H1B visa with Company A till April 04. I moved to Company B on May 03 and got the approval (new I-94/ 797) till April 06. I am travelling to India this winter and will be back by Feb 04. My questions are:

1. Do I need to reapply for a visa in India with Company B or is my old visa still valid?
2. Is there a place in the US where I can send my passport and get my visa stamp extended? If so, how soon do I need to do it?

Thanks

For Q1)No need.if you have an valid visa stamp in PP after your returning date.
Go to:www.travel.state.gov/hlop.html.
'If you changed employers and received a new I-797, Notice of Action, you may reenter the U.S. with a valid visa in the appropriate category and the valid I-797 from your new employer, even though the visa is annotated to reflect your former employer. The Visa Office will not revalidate a visa to reflect a change of employer unless the visa will expire in sixty days or less. '
Q2)Go to baove url.You will get all info'
