Can I get H1 stamp?

Can I get H1 stamp? What are my chances to get query?

Hi friends,

I am going for H1 stamping(1st time). But I am little tense right now.
Here is my story in brief,

" I came to USA in 2001 on H4 visa, my wife had H1. Due to job market she didnt get any project. In 2003 I applied for my H1 and I get approval with company A before my I-94 expired. I started working immi after getting my H1 and SSN. In 2005 I transfered my H1 to company B.I have w2 for 2004 and 2005. And paystubs from 2004 to till date. My son is US citizen as he born here.

My labor is approved and I-140 is pending."

I want to know do I face any issues regarding my status before H1?
Let me know if anyone is/was in similar situation.

You should not have any issue as long as you've been in legal status throughout.
