Can i get F1/F2 visa while i'm a dependent of a pending i130 of my mother through her sister?

Hey everyone, my aunt has filed I-130(F4 category) for my mother 6 years back and i'm listed as a dependent on the application. I'm currently over 21 and wish to go to the us on a f1/f2 visa.

Would me being a dependent in my mother's i130 be an issue for getting f1/f2 visa? If yes, would it be an issue if i'm aged out as well? Thanks!
