can i get citizenship after 3 years if my USA citizen spouse divorce me after i apply for N400 ?

HI,

i live in NJ i came to USA 16 June-2015 on immigrant visa , my spouse in USA citizen.

last week i got 10 years of GC. now i am planning to apply for citizenshio N400.

but my husband is saying he don't want to stay with me and want to apply for divorce

so i have following questions

q1. what happen if i apply for N400 and my husband give me divorce after that , am i still able to eligible for citizenship ? or i have to wait till i finish my 5 yrs ?

Q 2 . : what if i got divorce and i moved to another state during my N400 processing, is it going to affect my N400 processing ?

please let me know and advice me.

1. You have to be married in order to file based on the 3 year rule, if you divorce your only option is based on the 5 year rule.

2. Yes it will.
 
You must be not only married, but "living in marital union" for the last 3 years, and continue to do so all the way until naturalization, in order to naturalize under the 3 year rule. So if you are separated, that would not work, even if you haven't actually divorced. Also, if you get separated or divorced while the naturalization is pending, that would also prevent you from naturalizing under the 3-year rule.
