Can I get around the H1B Cap?

Greetings all,

I have a company that is interested in hiring me, however they have indicated the issue of the H1B cap. Can you any advise whether there are any alternatives that I or the company can pursue, in order to begin working?

The only obvious exception may be an O-1 visa if you qualify.
