Can I get advance parole while I130 pending

i am a permanent resident applying for my wife's green card. if in apply for I130 today and in a couple of months, 485 becomes current, can I:
1- file 485 and advance parole while I130 is still pending?
2 - if yes, Can I get advance parle approval while I130 is pending?
