Can i get a Bonus while my 140 is still under process?

Greetings,

My Employer has started my GC processing. I understand that the GC is for a specific job and specific salary. Does this mean that i cannot get a 10% annual hike while my GC is in progress? Can i get a 20K USD bonus while my GC is in process? Im in software industry and hence commissions and bonus play a major part of my pay package.

Please advise.

My I 140 too is pending and I have been receiving my bonus and annual hikes.

What does 140 approval/pending have to do anything with bonus and annual hikes?

I had read in these forums that GC is applied for a specific job and a specific salary, if you salary changes drastically during the time of GC, then you may be in trouble. I wanted to understand what is acceptable and what is not. Is 10% change in salary per year acceptable? Is a 50K bonus acceptable?
