I got my LC approved in EB2. Can I start processing two I140\'s, one for Adjustment of status(I485) and the other for Consular Processing.

Yes. You can file 2 I-140\'s, one with CP preference and one with AOS preference.
But you will need one underlying LC per I-140. So, you may have to make a copy
of LC and file it with the second I-140.

Consult an experienced attorney.

But, did you see this at the top of this query:

Note from Rajiv:
INS has indicated that it will consider an I-485 to have been abandoned if an I-824 requesting Consular Processing is received by them. This is bad news. So far we have been processing consular processing cases hoping that I-485 will continue to be active.

Someone tell me which way do we go now???!

I do have two separate LC\'s, both from the same company but two different locations (2 states). The questions is, if I file two I-140\'s, one saying the company\'s intention is to keep me at State A location, and another saying that the company\'s intention is to get me to State B after I got the Green Card. Isn\'t that going to catch some suspecting eyes in INS? I am a little concerned. Anybody can shed any light?
