I need your suggestions on filing of 140 in both EB2 and EB3. But I have only one copy of original LC. How can I file in both EB2 and Eb3 with one labor. Thanks for ur continue support ...

How long it takes to get the certified LC from NY dol after it has certified.

I\'m in a similar position. As of last Wednesday I haven\'t received the written approval. I have to talk to my lawyer today.

Hi rationcard, it\'s good to see you here. My LC has been forwarded to NY DOL on 12/4. Can you tell me how long did it take for your LC approved in NY DOL? Also, how can you check you status?

In my case it was approved on the next day. I got it in 7 business days.But unfortunately I got only the certified letter with DOT code without the attached 750 form after now my lawyer sending a request to NY dol again things are delaying about 15 days to apply for 140. Keep posting about your case and also sri97.
Call 212-337-2193 and enter 1 then 2 then enter ur employer telephone no.
