Hello Sir,

Can I file more that one H1 cases from All Different Employer ?

I have offer very good offer from two consultants so simple question is that Can both consultants my H1 at same time.

FYI:both employer are totally different there not single link between each other.

Is there any legality issue if I file two h1 from different employer at same time ?

I am thinking this because I am thinking that if I file more that one h1 from different employer then chances might increase to get h1.

Is USCIS work that way ? or they just consider one entry in lottery on name basis ?

I will really very grateful if some give reply on this.

Thanks

First of all, just an advise, you do not need to put your personal details here, like father's name and where you live.
I do not think that USCIS will match the 2 H1 applications based on your name and then make one entry for H1 lottery. Those will be considered 2 separate applications.

I do not think that there are any legal issues, but by asking 2 employers to file for H1, you are keeping them in dark. I understand that you are just trying to increase your chances of getting H1, but you are at the same time misleading the employers. I won't judge you and say you are wrong, because in a way, it is correct to try your best to get what you want. Bust just think about this also, if everyone appling for H1 puts in 2 or 3 applications, there are chances that some persons will get more than 1 application accepted in the lottery. They can only use 1 visa, so they are just wasting the other one. So the more applications everyone puts, the less the chances for everyone combined. Anyway, this is just my thought. Everyone will do what they think is right for them, and I won't blame them.

Best of luck!
