Can I file in FL, while working in NY office ???

I work in NY office but my company has office in FL. Would you please suggest me if I can file in FL ?.

Green card is for future job.

If you are anticipating working in florida after your green card apporved or planning to work in florida you can file from florida, otherwise you company has to file from NY.
