can i file I90 its been more then 60 days no card since approval at the interview

Hi guys need ur help just wondering if i can file form I90 for not recieving the card after getting an approval at the interview its been more then 60 days since my interview i called the misinfo line twice and made two inquiries and every time asked to wait 30 days, what should i do any suggestions. :confused:
 
yes i did get an approval letter and my passport got stamped also but nothing in the mail after that like a welcome letter and gc.

Show instructions if your card was never received. So I think you can do it. There are special instructions that if you read them you apply and you have sufficient documentation, make a copy and notarized it of your ADIT stamp in your passport with the copy of your passport, your receipts and your approval letter.
