Can I file I-485 in CSC while working/living in Seattle ?

I am working in Seattle, Washington state(which comes under Nebraska service center region).
My company is located in California. They filed Labor and I-140 in CSC and got the approval. Can i file I-485 in california service center with my address in seattle or do i need to give my friend\'s address in california

Hi,

I live in Chicago and my labor and I-140 got cleared from CSC. My lawyer is Rajiv Khanna itself according to him you can apply at CSC provided your stay in your case (Seattle, Washington)is temporary . So I have applied at CSC instead of NSC.

I live in Vermont center, i got my labour cleared in vermont, after company merge, i applied my 140 at csc which is cleared and applied
485 recently at CSC , yet to see results

NRT, thanks for the info. I know your file has to file to the
service center which has jurisdiction over where you reside.
I don\'t know whether this is a requirement or not.
