Can I file I-140 twice when I get two LC approved

I have been working for the same company, but at two different locations. The company filed LC for me from both locations. One of the two has much earlier priority date (older LC). I am not sure which LC will come through first considering all the significant changes with LC process. If the newer LC come through first and I file I-140, my concern is I may need to wait a long long time before I can file I-485 because of the possibility of retrogress of I-485 cutoff date. My question is can I file another I-140 when I get the older LC approved? Or can I withdraw the I-140 filed with the newer LC and file I-140 with older LC? Thanks for any advice.

You can have multiple LCs/140s filed by the sponsoring employer at the same time. However, you are allowed to have one and only one 485 pending at a any given point in time.

You could probably do consular processing with one 140 and AOS (485) with another 140.

Hope this helps!
