Can i file I-130 and I-485 concurrently

Hello,

My parents are GC holders and i'm here on a visit visa. I'm not married but over 21 years old. I have a couple of questions that i would like to get some help with?

1 - Can i file for both 1-130 and I-485 concurrently?
2 - Could i be subjected to deportation if my visit visa runs out while the I-130 is in process?
