Can I file another I485?

Hi Gals and Guys,

I filed my I485 last year as a spouse (thanks to my husband's EB2 case) and got EAD plus AP. Last month, my own LC was approved luckily and surprisingly. Now, can I file another I485 (concurrently with I140)? Or I should file the I140 only and use it as a backup?

Do I have to stay in my home country during the CP?
Can I stay on H1 visa working in US while waiting?
Could you identify a resource (e.g., a web site) for CP guidance?

---- Once I-140 is approved your I-140 will be sent to NVC and NVC will sent it to the Consulate and then consulate will let you know about your Interview date and for that CP interview you have to be in country where your CP interview is scheduled 7-10 before interview so that you can complete medicals. As your wife will be derivative she can be with you, you both will get immigrant visa at the same time
