My wife citizenship interview and oath is scheduled next month.
Can I file another I-485 based on her citizenship? The reason I ask is because my I-485 (employer based; EB3) is pending. Priority Date is 2004
So is it possible to file another I485? and get another EAD which is not employer based...Or the only way to do that is the dump my Employment based I-485 and file a new one?
Any suggestions?
