Can I file 7th Year Extension and remaining time for 6 yrs end as one application

Hello,

My current H1 expires in Aug 2002. I have about 4.5 more months left for the 6 years to end.( Note: I started on H1 in November 1996 and have taken abt 2 months vacation ( if they accept it), so the total is 4 months ( I have 2.5 months for sure)

My labor would be more than 365 days old and hopefully I will get it and apply for I140. So I become eligible for 7th Year

My question is can I ask for 1 year and 4.5 months based on the situation I explained
