Can I file 2nd I-485 while first one is pending approval ?
Can I file another I-485 based on my 2nd approval in EB-1 I-140 EOA while my 1st filed on the basis of EB-2 NIW I-140 is still pending?
I want to do this since priority dates for EB-2 NIW for INDIA have retrogressed so don't know how long will it take to get the GC.
While priority dates for EB-1 EOA are still current.
I got approved in NIw first so concurrently filed my I-485 with it. I now got approved for EB-1 EOA so have another chance to file 2nd I-485. But someone told me that I have to withdraw 1st one before filing 2nd one.
The question is if theboth the forms are doing same thing then why dont they link my old 485 with my new I-140 why that ask me to file another 485.
Please post your opinion, suggestions and advice.
