I have 2 Labour certifications with following details
1. Company A
RIR Labour - Priority Date = 04/2004
- Type = EB2
- Status = Pending
Replied to 45 Days Notice in Aug 2005
2.Company B ( currently working )
Perm Labour Type = EB3
Status = Approved Ready for I 140 filing.
If I file I 140 with company B on 01/2007 and if the labor approval for
company A comes through in 02/2007, Can I still be able to file I 140 with Company A?
Will there be any other issues later on in the process?
