Can I fax an inquiry (FP expiring in 90 days) while case was transferred to local off

Guys,

Do we still have the rule that if "FP is expiring in 90 days, we can fax an inquiry"?

My case was transferred to L.A. local office. So should I send the fax to local or to CSC?
