can I expect GC approval after cut off date

My priority date is jan 2004(EB3 category) and I had filed for I-485 and my finger print was done and right now the cut-off date is May 2001. I was wondering since I have already filed my I-485 & finger printing done, would there be any possiblility that my GC woul get approved and I get a GC even though the cut off date is May 2001.

Please advise.
