Can I establish my own business? I140 approved 1485 pending

Hi,
What are the options to establish your own business in such case?
Concurrent filing.
I140 was approved on 4/05 I485 pending - EB3 category.
Please advice.

Absolutely, but his own business cannot write the AC21 letter.
