Can I enter after visa rejection?

(1)Is there anyone in this forum or may be senior members know a case in which H1 visa was rejected by consulate and person was able to enter usa successfully on valid AP?

(2) what is the feedback of senior members about this? If My H1 is rejected can I enter usa using my valid AP? or when they reject your H1 visa, your AP also get rejected?

----- they dont reject AP( no need to show them that you have AP) you can enter with AP if AP is valid
