Can I do premium processing for I-140 after it has been filed

I had filed I-140 abt 5 months ago and I expect it to take another 3 months to get it approved. I was wondering if I can expedite the approval process by paying the extra fees for premium processing right now ? So, basically, Can I do premium processing for I-140 after it has been filed ?
